SHIPPING

Free express shipping worldwide on all orders.

Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Please note, delivery times may be longer for certain areas. 

All shipments are insured - guaranteeing that your order will reach you. 

Please note that after your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process and ship your order. Once your order is processed and ready, we will provide you with a tracking link.

Orders shipped outside the US and the EU (European Union) may be subject to taxes, VAT, and customs charges. The courier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) will collect these fees. Additionally, any customs processing may cause delays in overseas orders, over which we have no control. The consignee is responsible for these fees.

RETURNS

Any new and unused watch can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

We offer free returns for all domestic (US) orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

For returned orders where we have covered the shipping, duty, and customs fees, these costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

The watch must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact, just as it was received: undamaged, unworn, and complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets. We reserve the right to reject your return and withhold reimbursement if any condition of our return policy is not met.

For pre-orders, due to manufacturing in limited numbers, we cannot accept order cancellations before the item has shipped. Please note that all shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates. Due to our manufacturing model, we cannot allow order cancellations due to modest delays.

REFUNDS

We will process refunds for items returned within 10 days of receipt, provided they conform to our return policy.

Please note that our payment provider's processing time is estimated to be 3 to 5 business days before the funds are returned to you.

WARRANTY

Your watch is guaranteed under normal usage against defects in materials and workmanship for 12-months from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

- Wear, tear, and aging (e.g., scratches, changes of color of materials, leather, nylon, and rubber).
- Batteries, straps, and sapphire crystals.
- Damages caused by accidents, improper handling, such as exposure to excessive vibrations or force, and disregard for the provided instructions.
- Damages resulting from repair, service, and alterations.
- Water penetration caused by improper use.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes, we provide global shipping. All shipping is complimentary, and we utilize premium services/couriers such as FedEx to ensure the fast and secure delivery of your watches.

Delivery time is 2-4 business days for orders within the US and 2-5 business days for international orders. Be advised that customs delays are out of our control and may affect delivery times. Your order will generally ship within 24-48 hours on business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched, which will allow you to follow the status of your shipment.

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage from our warehouse to the shipping address while in transit.

For orders within the US and EU, all taxes are included in the listed price.

For orders shipped outside the US and EU, VAT and duties are not included. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges upon the arrival of your order. These charges depend on your country's customs regulations and, if applicable, will be collected by the courier.

ORDERS

If a product is sold out, please sign up for the waiting list. We will notify you as soon as it becomes available again.

If the watch you are seeking is not listed in our online catalog, it may have been discontinued, or it might be a limited edition that was available exclusively through select partners.

Once you have received tracking information for your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order is canceled, it may be due to security holds from your bank or incomplete payment information.

Should you need to change the delivery address or delivery date, you, as the consignee, must contact the courier directly. Please be aware that not all courier services permit changes to the delivery address.

PAYMENTS

We operate on Shopify and accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on the country.

We do not offer the option to pay with cash on delivery.

The currency for transactions is determined by the delivery country and is fixed. All transactions will be conducted in the currency specific to the delivery country.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
