RETURN POLICY / ORDER CANCELLATION
Any new and unused watch can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
We offer free returns for all domestic (US) orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
The watch must be in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact, just as it was received: undamaged, unworn, and complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets. We reserve the right to reject your return and withhold reimbursement if any condition of our return policy is not met.
For pre-orders, due to manufacturing in limited numbers, we cannot accept order cancellations before the item has shipped. Please note, all shipping dates for pre-orders are estimates and due to our manufacturing model we cannot allow order cancellations due to modest delays.
For returned orders where we have paid for the shipping, and/or duty & customs fees, these costs will be borne by the customer and subtracted from the purchase amount when refunded.
